Série The Crown é a grande vencedora do Emmy 2021

The Crown, a aclamada série da Netflix, sobre a família real britânica, foi a grande vencedora da 73ª edição do Emmy. A cerimônia aconteceu na noite de ontem (domingo 19/09) e foi transmitida pelo canal TNT. The Crown levou nada menos do que sete estatuetas, toda as principais da categoria Drama: melhor série, atores principais (Josh O’Connor e Olivia Colman), coadjuvantes (Gillian Anderson e Tobias Menzies), roteiro (Peter Morgan) e direção (Jessica Hobbs). 
O maior prêmio da televisão americana foi apresentado pelo comediante Cedric The Entertainer em Los Angeles.e foram destaquss também as importantes vitórias de O Gambito da Rainha e Mare of Easttown, na categoria Minissérie, e Ted Lasso e Hacks, no segmento Comédia.
